TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (B2B Sales): Manage enterprise and strategic clients for hirify.global's business unit, driving net new revenue through consultative selling and deal execution with an accent on pipeline creation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on crafting outreach strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building recurring revenue relationships in the culture and live entertainment space.

What you will do

  • Own relationships with enterprise and strategic prospects and clients in your territory
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through pipeline creation and deal management using MEDDIC methodologies
  • Drive new logo growth and land & expand for top-tier customers
  • Leverage hirify.global’s ecosystem and networks to identify and engage prospects, multi-threading stakeholders
  • Craft creative outreach strategies and build lasting client relationships for recurring revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations while maintaining CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • 5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE or similar a plus)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar methodologies preferred
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills; confident with senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, growth mindset, organized, and adaptable to ambiguity
