What you will do

• Identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities to automate finance operations and enterprise workflows for efficient processes, insights, and execution.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate processes, pain points, data dependencies, and metrics into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Define product requirements, develop prototypes, and lead pilots for AI workflows with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate hirify.global technologies like Codex and secure connectors for enterprise systems.
• Coordinate data onboarding across Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Anaplan, Databricks, and vendors, aligning with IT, Security, Legal.
• Own delivery of complex initiatives, track adoption and impact via dashboards and feedback, and iterate on priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, enterprise applications, business systems, or transformation with track record in complex environments
• Strong fluency in Finance processes (quote-to-cash, revenue, billing, accounting, treasury, FP&A)
• Experience with enterprise platforms like Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, Databricks, Anaplan
• Led delivery of AI, automation, or data products considering governance, usability, and adoption
• Structure ambiguous problems into roadmaps, pilots, and implementations
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, data access, workflow orchestration; strong cross-functional communication
