What you will do

• Define the end-to-end product strategy for self-serve business growth across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to monetization.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact product opportunities to improve team adoption, usage, and retention.
• Develop growth motions that accelerate time-to-value for teams building with hirify.global.
• Partner with core product teams to embed growth opportunities into the product roadmap.
• Own self-serve business growth goals, metrics, and executive-level narratives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to design seamless handoffs and expansion motions between self-serve and Enterprise tiers.

Requirements

• Experience leading product-led growth (PLG) initiatives for B2B, SaaS, or developer-facing products.
• Proven track record of building growth loops, activation flows, and monetization paths.
• Experience working on team-based, workspace, or multi-user collaboration products.
• Strong analytical ability to translate customer behavior and business data into a focused product strategy.
• Exceptional cross-functional influence and executive communication skills.
• Experience operating at significant scale with large user bases or high-growth revenue lines.
