What you will do

• Develop the trust infrastructure for voice AI, including live guardrails, audit trails, monitoring, and compliance mechanisms.
• Analyze and map enterprise deal frictions across legal, security, and procurement to create a strategic opportunity brief.
• Own and publish a 12-month rolling roadmap focused on enabling regulated businesses to trust voice AI in production.
• Ship high-leverage improvements to move core enterprise metrics, adoption, and retention.
• Establish a high bar for product management via crisp specifications, data-driven prioritization, and honest post-mortems.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office regularly.
• ~8+ years of product experience, including ownership of an enterprise segment and/or compliance and governance.
• Proficiency in APIs and deep understanding of enterprise procurement and security review processes.
• Experience navigating BAA negotiations and legal hold conversations.
• A strong point of view on the impact of AI for the enterprise and experience building with AI technologies.
