What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for all digital channels, lifecycle, demand programs, and growth experiments.
• Scale commercial acquisition and growth via ABM/ABN programs, paid media, and CRO.
• Design integrated activation, engagement, and expansion strategies based on data insights.
• Own the marketing technology strategy, including automation, analytics, and website execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an in-house team consisting of Demand, Website, and Ops specialists.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or SaaS marketing leadership.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven experience scaling B2B or PLG acquisition and lifecycle programs at scale.
• Experience managing martech stacks, CMS, and orchestrating technical teams.
• Strong capability in translating data into actionable growth initiatives and mentoring teams.
