What you will do

• Own positioning and messaging for new and existing product features.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on launches, GTM processes, and adoption.
• Develop competitive insights and customer/market research to inform strategy.
• Create product collateral like landing pages, sales decks, and in-app messaging.
• Support Sales, Success, Growth, and Lifecycle teams with enablement and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across channels.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product marketing experience in SaaS, ideally e-commerce or martech.
• Strong writer able to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Experience thriving in scrappy, fast-paced startup environments.
• Analytical and customer-obsessed with ability to turn insights into action.
• Comfortable leading GTM efforts and collaborating cross-functionally.
