What you will do
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities across the SEA region, focusing on Global Key Accounts, Regional Key Accounts, and SMEs.
- Manage B2B customers and strengthen partnerships with distributors to expand market presence.
- Execute sales tracking, forecasting, and order closing processes using salesforce.com to meet volume and prtability targets.
- Conduct regional product demonstrations, workshops, and seminars to increase brand awareness and educate clients.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop sales support materials and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and pricing.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of sales experience specifically within the food ingredients industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
