What you will do

• Identify and evaluate high-impact AI use cases across banking products and internal workflows.
• Lead the full lifecycle of AI features from prototyping to production, including architecture and model selection.
• Develop and integrate AI solutions directly into existing products using modern SDKs and agent frameworks.
• Optimize deployed AI systems for reliability, cost, and performance while ensuring regulatory compliance in a banking context.
• Define AI governance practices and drive the reuse of AI components across the organization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Bid teams on RFP responses related to AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in AI system development.
• Proficiency in LLM integration, prompt design, and orchestration (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph).
• Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of ML/LLM deployment and monitoring (LLMOps/MLOps) using tools like vLLM or TensorRT-LLM.
• Technical proficiency in Python and/or JVM languages (Java, Kotlin).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• Experience driving cross-team initiatives or organizational change.
• Expertise in evaluation-driven development and automated optimization (e.g., DSPy, GEPA).
