What you will do

• Partner with the People team to identify, scope, and ship AI-powered internal products and workflows.
• Build integrations with HR systems (HiBob, Ashby), ATS platforms, and identity providers.
• Design secure systems with robust role-based permissions and access controls for sensitive employee data.
• Develop predictive and diagnostic models for workforce trends, hiring capacity, and compensation dynamics.
• Create canonical datasets and source-of-truth models for headcount, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Build AI agents, workflows, and decision-support tools to assist leadership in making better operational decisions.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production software that handles sensitive data (e.g., HR tech, fintech, or identity management).
• Experience with enterprise data infrastructure such as SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Airflow, or Fivetran.
• Deep familiarity with HR systems and/or ATS platforms (HiBob, Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse).
• Proficiency in designing secure systems with role-based access control (RBAC).
• Strong product instincts and a track record of building products from scratch into production.
• English: Professional proficiency required as it is the company language.

Nice to have

• Experience at an HR technology company, Work OS platform, or identity provider.
• Background in building AI-powered products or internal tooling.
• Previous experience collaborating closely with People or Operations teams.
