What you will do

• Design and build hirify.global’s AI platform, including model routing, agentic commerce, and CLI strategy.
• Evaluate build vs. partner decisions for internal AI capabilities.
• Develop the data foundation for AI, focusing on indexing, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify and ship high-value AI opportunities.
• Evaluate foundation models, open-source models, multimodal AI, and knowledge graphs.
• Establish reusable technical standards and architectural patterns for AI consumption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software or AI Engineering.
• Strong backend engineering and cloud platform experience.
• Experience with data engineering platforms and scalable distributed systems.
• Must be based in Stockholm to prioritize in-person collaboration at the office.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Vector databases, or RAG.
