What you will do

• Lead the delivery of production-grade systems, custom applications, and ML/AI model integrations.
• Design and implement reference architectures and end-to-end big data projects for strategic customers.
• Collaborate with engagement managers to scope technical delivery and align with customer needs.
• Own architecture and design decisions to ensure security, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Provide product and implementation feedback to Engineering and Support teams to guide product resolution.
• Create reusable accelerators and frameworks to scale impact and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Expertise in at least one cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deep experience with Apache Spark runtime internals.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and AI APIs for production deployments.
• Proven experience in technical project delivery and managing stakeholders for enterprise clients.
• Databricks Certification and willingness to travel to customers 20% of the time.
