What you will do

• Identify and prioritize leading IT retailers in key European markets
• Create and maintain a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
• Close high-impact partnerships and own the full deal cycle
• Position hirify.global as a growth driver for retailers, enabling new revenue streams
• Contribute to building a repeatable European partner playbook
• Bring insights from retailer conversations into product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Europe, preferably Sweden
• Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
• Experience within IT retail and proven track record of closing deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (C1+)

Nice to have

• Experience working with IT retailers or resellers in Europe
• Background in SaaS, IT hardware, or marketplaces
• Experience from startup or scale-up environments
• Additional European languages
