What you will do

  • Take full commercial ownership of DACH enterprise customers
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers worldwide, primarily DACH
  • Drive revenue growth through strong pipelines, expansions, and up-sells
  • Manage renewals to prevent churn
  • Assess business opportunities using data for decision-making
  • Develop strategies for scalable customer expansion
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales Development Representatives

Requirements

  • Fluency in German
  • Professional-level English
  • Previous SaaS sales experience
  • Ability to assess opportunities and use data for decisions
  • Passion for long-term relationships and commercial initiatives
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and fair negotiations
  • Strong negotiation, pipeline, and forecasting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and position products competitively
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Previous experience in DACH market
