TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cloud Intelligence): Outbound lead generation via email, calls, and LinkedIn to book demos with qualified prospects in your region with an accent on achieving pipeline targets and collaborating with Account Executives. Focus on building and optimizing multi-channel outbound campaigns, refining messaging, and supporting GTM activities.

Location: Fully remote in the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland (full-time employee) or in Eastern Europe (contractors)

What you will do

  • Set meetings via outbound prospecting through automated and manual campaigns to hit daily and monthly pipeline targets.
  • Partner with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback to maximize pipeline quality.
  • Build and refine outbound motion by identifying decision-makers and managing multi-channel campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Own end-to-end outbound process from account research to booking qualified meetings.
  • Refine messaging, call scripts, and outreach strategies with leadership to improve conversion rates.
  • Support regional GTM and marketing activities; communicate value propositions to technical buyers; some travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in Cloud, preferably selling to technical decision makers like CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of DevOps
  • Proven experience selling SaaS B2B or cloud products/services.
  • History of achieving results in outbound lead generation.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and tools in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated with grit; high autonomy and organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Swedish, German, Dutch a plus.
