What you will do

• Coordinate product, design, and go-to-market strategies to align business goals.
• Drive and coordinate strategic initiatives within BRF Finans and Financial Services Sweden.
• Own and track business KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Develop models and scenario analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Drive customer communications and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.
• Support lead generation and pipeline follow-up for lending and insurance services.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, or as a commercially focused product owner.
• Proven track record of driving initiatives from idea to execution and aligning stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work in a data-driven way.
• Experience in project management and handling multiple parallel workstreams.
• Ability to combine high-level strategic thinking with operational execution.

Nice to have

• Background from a management or specialist consultancy, growth-oriented startup, or product company.
• Experience in banking, insurance, the property sector, or Swedish housing associations (BRFs).
