What you will do

• Analyze and overhaul core pricing and trading systems for the FX business.
• Develop applications for Sales and Traders specifically for FX Options pricing generation.
• Conduct structured analysis of complex problems to identify and present defensible solutions.
• Gather accurate requirements to form coherent technical specifications.
• Design and execute logical test strategies and concise test cases.
• Engage with senior front-office users in a demanding environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar business analysis position.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and intermediate level in PowerBI.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced English Proficiency (C1) for authoring business documents and managing stakeholders.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for an on-site arrangement.
