What you will do

• Participate in pre-sales and discovery activities, including workshops, calls, and research.
• Analyze client needs and help shape high-level solution concepts.
• Support the preparation of proposals, focusing on scope, estimations, and deliverables.
• Manage requirements, backlogs, and stakeholder alignment for active delivery projects.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Tech Leads to design effective technical solutions.
• Define MVP scope and prioritize features based on business value.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
• Hands-on experience in pre-sales, discovery, or consulting activities.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, business processes, and solution design approaches.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with design thinking, value proposition canvas, and journey mapping.
• Experience in competitive analysis and market research.
