What you will do

• Translate business ideas into well-structured requirements.
• Formalize, document, and visualize requirements using modeling notations.
• Convert complex requirements into clear acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Coordinate requirements with business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Interact with the development team and support QA throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Plan and monitor the BA process and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in business analysis.
• Proven skills in business and systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of visual modeling notations.
• Experience working with Agile-based methodologies.
• Solid understanding of technologies and principles used in modern web applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pro-active attitude.
