System Analyst / Business Analyst (Telecom)

What you will do

• Gather and refine business and system requirements together with stakeholders.
• Translate real-world network concepts into system logic, data structures, and features.
• Prepare technical documentation, including API specifications and diagrams.
• Create mockups and simple prototypes to visualize and validate ideas.
• Collaborate with developers on implementation details and WS/REST integrations.
• Manage and refine the backlog, including writing user stories and tasks.

Requirements

• Experience as a System or Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Proficiency in API design and system integrations.
• Ability to decompose complex systems into clear, actionable requirements.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with developers and business stakeholders.
• Experience in managing backlogs and writing user stories.
• Must be based in Poland, Latam, Moldova, or Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with CASE tools (Enterprise Architect, Visual Paradigm, Camunda Modeler).
• Knowledge of mockup tools like Axure or Figma and API tools like SoapUI.
• Basic SQL skills for data querying and reporting.
• Telecom domain experience, specifically with OSS.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
