What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and maintain a well-structured product backlog using Agile best practices.
• Take end-to-end ownership of delivering application modules, including preparing business cases and adapting out-of-the-box solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and system architects to ensure alignment and solution quality.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, such as configuration workbooks, to support technical teams.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in the IT sector, including substantial experience as a Business Analyst.
• Background in the EHS / ESG domain (experience with platforms like Intelex is a strong advantage).
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience in detailed business-process analysis.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools and a basic understanding of HTML.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model from Kraków, Poland.

• Experience working in global Agile teams.
• Understanding of release management processes and post-deployment support.
