What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for data and analytics platform enhancements
• Create structured requirements documentation and user stories
• Query and analyze large volumes of data in relational databases like MS SQL
• Review and manage Jira tickets, backlogs, and support sprint planning
• Ensure alignment between business and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• 4+ years as a business analyst
• Understanding of business processes and financial services industry
• Extensive experience querying relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle)
• Ability to translate business needs into software requirements and propose solutions
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile processes
• Excellent communication skills and experience facilitating team-customer interactions
