What you will do

• Manage and complete data conversion projects of varying complexity from third-party systems and custodial data partners.
• Partner with Sales and Services organisations to align on project cost estimates and deliverables.
• Develop and improve Python scripts and Jupyter notebooks to interact with APIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and implement process improvements and tooling enhancements.
• Maintain team resources, procedural documentation, and record metrics for internal analytics.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in the financial investment, advisory, or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and portfolio accounting.
• Proven track record of multitasking and leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal partners.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and Python (Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, Requests).
• Legal authorization to work in Poland is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira/Confluence and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other financial services applications.
