TL;DR

Client Partner (Luxury Retail): Leading business development and account growth for luxury retail clients with an accent on strategic relationship building and IT consulting services. Location: Must be based in NYC or the Tri-state area and be willing to travel into NYC

Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead business development activities and achieve sales booking and billing targets for luxury retail clients.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account strategies and plans based on client pain points.
  • Build and grow relationships with senior technology and business executives to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver persuasive value propositions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction via NPS scores and initiate improvements to increase stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure operational compliance and maintain high-quality CRM data for effective retention.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT consulting sales with a focus on luxury retail.
  • Must be located in NYC or the Tri-state area with willingness to travel to NYC.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • Certifications in client success, project management, or leadership (CBRM, CSAP, ITIL, PMP).
  • Experience working with multi-cultural and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven track record of managing legal processes, including contract renewals and negotiations.
