What you will do

• Perform Radar SoC validation and analyze CMOS circuit performance across digital, analogue, and high-frequency domains.
• Translate technical requirements into clear test specifications and implement them via lab test programs.
• Support customer design-in efforts and resolve technical complaints.
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks for validation software.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design and Verification teams to analyze IC specifications and debug issues in a lab environment.
• Close the loop between current SoC performance and future improvements to optimize next-generation Radar designs.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar validation role.
• Proficiency in Python, Matlab, and Labview for lab automation and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of radar systems and mmWave high-frequency/RF technologies.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory measurements and HW/SW debugging.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
