What you will do

• Create and maintain AIT standard documents, including Work Instructions, procedure references, and AIT Handbooks.
• Define and align standard AIT processes across work preparation, assembly, and quality departments.
• Translate operational insights and non-conformities into updated standards through a structured Lessons Learned process.
• Oversee the coordination and rollout of cross-functional training initiatives.
• Support the introduction and continuous improvement of digital tools such as PDM, SAP, and Polarion.
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• Degree in production/aerospace engineering, space technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid experience in production environments, ideally within the aerospace or space sector.
• Practical experience in process management, organizational change, or workflow digitalization.
• Proven track record of implementing digitalization strategies and introducing new tools into existing workflows.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ECSS space standards.
