What you will do

• Develop and implement new technologies for complex opto-mechanical assemblies and high-precision mounting.
• Evaluate and document existing processes, identify improvements, and implement optimizations.
• Perform technical evaluation of customer requests and specifications.
• Lead implementation of new processes and risk mitigations.
• Verify and validate new technologies.
• Support divisions and sites with technology transfers and production troubleshooting.

Requirements

• MSc in mechanical engineering, technical physics, or comparable
• Ideally experience in optical technologies
• Basic knowledge in statistics (Six Sigma, DoE)
• Skills in self-organization and data analysis
