What you will do

• Drive design wins by providing technical engagement throughout customer design cycles in target automotive accounts
• Plan customer visits, distributor trainings, and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations
• Lead proof-of-concept activities, solution design, and technical demonstrations to secure design wins
• Act as technical project lead for design-in campaigns, ensuring alignment between customers, sales, and internal teams
• Analyze customer architectures and requirements, maintaining system diagrams for internal alignment
• Qualify opportunities, position products against competitors, and synthesize feedback to influence product roadmaps

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design engineering and application engineering
• Preferably experience at automotive customers
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel >50%
• Strong presentation skills and entrepreneurial attitude
