What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers and assist the sales team with product selection and quotes.
• Collaborate with the R&D department to create product definitions and specifications for custom samples.
• Conduct and document application measurements, tests, and comparative studies.
• Partner with business and product management to develop product roadmaps.
• Develop training materials for internal sales teams and external customer training.
• Perform technical evaluations of customer complaints and field feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably Physics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German.
• Deep understanding of radiation physics, optics, and electronics fundamentals.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to visit customers and trade shows (approximately 25%).
• Proven experience in project management.

Nice to have

• Experience with thermal IR detectors, sensor systems, or similar high-tech products.
• Knowledge of system and application design, including signal processing, noise analysis, and calibration.
• Experience developing application software, scripts, or evaluation tools using MATLAB or C/C++.
