What you will do
- Manage the growth, development, and retention of the for Work client portfolio.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders through networking and industry events.
- Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients through onboarding and provide tailored problem-solving.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase the lifetime value of existing accounts.
- Monitor account performance using KPIs and prepare progress reports for senior management.
- Determine how new platform features can best serve clients to maximize their potential.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management within B2B or enterprise fields.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Excellent analytical skills to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a "get-stuff-done" mindset.
- Fluency in Czech and English is required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both local and global teams.
