TL;DR

Scale Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Driving product adoption and customer satisfaction for a high volume of accounts in the DACH region with an accent on scalable digital engagement and health monitoring. Focus on implementing digital plays, identifying expansion opportunities, and optimizing GRR/NRR metrics.

Location: Hybrid in Prague (2–3 days in office per week)

What you will do

  • Execute engagement strategies using digital plays such as webinars, automated email campaigns, and in-app messaging combined with targeted 1:1 interactions.
  • Drive product adoption and user satisfaction across a high volume of accounts using scalable approaches.
  • Monitor customer health metrics (GRR and NRR) to identify trends and recommend strategies for retention and growth.
  • Identify and nurture potential account expansion opportunities based on insights from digital interactions.
  • Contribute to the establishment of best practices for a digital-first approach in customer success initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Scale Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing SaaS roles.
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and oral).
  • Proven experience in driving digital engagement campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage large volumes of activities.
  • Data-driven mindset and solid understanding of business processes and negotiation in an enterprise context.
