Senior Sales Engineer (SaaS)

Senior Sales Engineer (SaaS): Supporting the Enterprise and Public sector sales teams by aligning product capabilities with complex customer needs with an accent on RFP submissions and functional alignment. Location: Must be based in Belgium. Options include full-remote, hybrid (Brussels office), or sponsored co-working hubs in Ghent or Antwerp.

What you will do

• Support Sales teams with technical expertise and insights to handle the specificities of large enterprise and public sector customers.
• Analyze prospect needs and assess the level of functional alignment with hirify.global's offering and capabilities.
• Lead RFP, RFQ, and RFI submissions in collaboration with Sales, Insurance, and Product experts.
• Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to influence the platform's product roadmap.
• Coordinate complex customer onboardings and ensure a seamless handover process.
• Collaborate with peers in France to share best practices and build a global pre-sales playbook.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium.
• 4+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch OR French.
• Experience in end-to-end procurement projects involving RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.
• Proven ability in requirements elicitation and high-level stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Fluency in both Dutch AND French.
• Experience with Insurance, Health platforms, or HRIS/Payroll solutions.
