What you will do
- Serve as the technical sales lead during the pre-sales cycle, managing Proof of Value (POV) results and success.
- Conduct in-person and remote product demonstrations, articulating the technical value of the platform.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and implement account-based penetration strategies.
- Research the competitive landscape to effectively address customer technical inquiries.
- Educate sales executives and partners on the security products and platform capabilities.
- Directly manage and obsess over customer satisfaction throughout the technical engagement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- 5+ years of industry experience in sales engineering.
- Technical background in messaging and Internet security principles, including HTTP, SMTP, and DNS.
- Deep understanding of networking topology, TCP/IP protocol, and network components (firewalls, routers).
- Proven experience selling software to FTSE 500 companies.
- Knowledge of modern email threats, such as business email compromise (BEC) and AI-based phishing.
- BSCS, BSEE, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- CISSP, CEH, or other relevant security certifications.
- Experience with M365/Google Workspace built-in security controls.
