Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $103,000 - $133,850 + 15% target annual bonus

What you will do
- Own the strategy and performance of email and lifecycle marketing programs across integrated campaigns.
- Design and optimize lifecycle journeys for acquisition, nurture, acceleration, and post-engagement stages.
- Define audience segmentation strategies leveraging behavioral, firmographic, and intent signals.
- Establish performance KPIs tied to pipeline impact, conversion rates, and velocity.
- Lead structured A/B and multivariate testing across messaging, cadence, and personalization.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure Marketo and CRM architecture supports scalable automation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation within SaaS or enterprise tech.
- Demonstrated experience owning email strategy tied to pipeline or revenue outcomes.
- Strong expertise in Marketo, including segmentation, journey design, and reporting.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Campaign, Digital, and Sales teams in a global environment.
- Proven analytical capability to translate performance data into optimization strategy.
- Must be based in the United States
Nice to have
- Experience with intent data platforms such as 6Sense.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Tableau reporting tools.
- Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing.
