What you will do

• Identify and onboard new advertisers within Big 4 agency partners to expand hirify.globalchat's footprint.
• Drive activation of dormant accounts to maximize revenue and platform adoption.
• Provide strategic digital solutions tailored to specific client and agency goals.
• Ensure all annual and quarterly partnership targets for Australian Agencies are consistently met.
• Deliver high-impact programming, including education sessions, roadshows, and workshops.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage large-scale commercial agreements.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, agency, or online media sales.
• Proven track record of growing revenue through the development of professional relationships.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas in plain language and influence cross-functionally.
• Experience working within matrix organizations.
• Ability to work from the Sydney office 4+ days per week.

• Experience in sales/commission-based roles targeting advertising agencies.
