What you will do
- Drive new mobile, voice, data, and ICT business across defined Enterprise territory, achieving revenue, order, margin, and customer experience targets.
- Build and maintain strong sales pipeline (3–5x target) through consistent activity, qualification, and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and specialists to design, position, and close complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions.
- Develop and lead senior-level client relationships to expand share of wallet and satisfaction.
- Create and execute Territory, Account, and Opportunity Plans based on customer needs and industry dynamics.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate or enterprise B2B sales, account management, or commercial roles.
- Consultative sales mindset for uncovering needs and selling complex technical solutions.
- Commercial acumen and confidence engaging senior executives (CIO, CFO, CEO-level).
- Capability in developing account, territory, and opportunity plans with disciplined forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, self-management, planning, and organisation skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
