TL;DR

Team Lead, Account Management (SaaS): Driving commercial performance and leadership standards across the APAC portfolio with an accent on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion revenue, and product adoption. Focus on mentoring Account Managers, optimizing upsell pipelines, and solving complex high-value client escalations.

Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid). Must have Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, NZ residency, or a valid Australian working visa with at least 2.5 years remaining; sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

  • Drive regional Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and revenue growth targets across the APAC portfolio.
  • Mentor and coach Account Managers on value-based consultative selling, stakeholder engagement, and data storytelling.
  • Manage a reduced, high-impact portfolio to model best-in-class account planning and expansion strategy.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for high-value and complex client accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
  • Conduct portfolio performance reviews to proactively mitigate churn risk and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of high performance within Account Management or an equivalent commercial role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion targets.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring, leading initiatives, or influencing peer performance.
  • Success navigating complex commercial negotiations and high-level escalations.
  • Valid Australian work authorization (Citizenship, PR, NZ residency, or valid visa) without need for sponsorship.
