Sales Representative (Sustainability)

Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia). Must be based in Sydney and able to work in the field (Eastern suburbs).

Company

A certified B Corporation fighting food waste by connecting businesses with unsold surplus food to consumers via a marketplace app.

What you will do

• Conduct proactive cold outreach via face-to-face meetings and phone calls to sign independent businesses.
• Onboard new partners, educating them on app usage and schedule setup.
• Manage accounts for the first 28 days after they go live on the platform.
• Track conversations and maintain CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
• Achieve weekly activity targets and monthly store signing goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., SDR, retail, hospitality).
• Excellent communication skills for phone and face-to-face interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in CRM management.
• Resilience and ability to incorporate feedback into performance.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
