What you will do

• Design and execute observational research using in-house real-world data (RWD).
• Collaborate with HEOR and health policy project owners to identify appropriate databases and design methodologies.
• Develop and oversee research protocols and statistical analysis plans.
• Implement analytical methodologies such as propensity score matching and regression analysis.
• Mentor junior team members in conducting analysis, reviewing results, and communicating findings.
• Identify new data sources and collaboration opportunities to address business needs.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in health policy, economics, epidemiology, public policy, or health services research.
• 6+ years of experience (Master's) or 4+ years (PhD) in pharma, consulting, managed care, or academic research.
• Deep expertise in observational research methodology and the US reimbursement coding system.
• Hands-on programming experience with R and SQL (Python is a plus) for large claims databases or EHR data.
• Strong track record of publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Must be located in the US or eligible to work in the US.
