What you will do

• Define and own the measurement strategy for patient acquisition across paid, lifecycle, and organic channels.
• Design geo tests, holdouts, and lift studies to distinguish correlation from true marketing impact.
• Establish a canonical metrics framework including CAC, LTV, and capacity-adjusted ROI.
• Develop practical modeling approaches for LTV forecasting, cohort value prediction, and causal uplift.
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of data scientists from 2 to 10 members.
• Partner with Engineering to improve measurement infrastructure, event instrumentation, and data quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science or growth analytics, with 3+ years of people management.
• Deep expertise in causal inference and incrementality within real-world marketing systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Ability to translate ambiguous growth questions into structured, actionable recommendations.
• Must be located in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Experience with geo experiments and marketplace dynamics.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budget allocation and payback modeling.
• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing measurement and experimentation design.
