What you will do

• Own Data Science strategy, translating company objectives into prioritized roadmaps with measurable impact.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, balancing delivery and long-term investments.
• Set standards for production ML systems, owning end-to-end from problem framing to deployment and iteration.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations to embed data science in workflows.
• Lead and scale Data Science organization, including hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
• Champion responsible, interpretable AI suitable for healthcare deployment.

Requirements

• 10+ years in data science/ML with significant people leadership
• Proven ownership of outcomes across teams/product areas
• Track record influencing executives and shaping strategy
• Deep ML expertise, architecting systems, NLP, healthcare data
• Model evaluation, monitoring, experimentation, MLOps
• Connect technical work to business outcomes; strong communication

• Prior leadership at high-growth startup
• Revenue cycle management or hospital operations experience
