Location: Must permanently reside in the US full-time. Hybrid model (3 days per week in-office) available for candidates in the greater San Francisco area.

Salary: $180,000–$287,500 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution of Data Science across product, marketing, and forecasting.
• Establish high standards for experimentation, causal inference, modeling, and statistical rigor.
• Lead product analytics to understand user behavior across acquisition, engagement, and retention journeys.
• Strengthen data foundations, including instrumentation, telemetry quality, and experimentation readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally to define measurement strategies demonstrating care impact and ROI.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, developing managers and principal-level scientists.

Requirements

• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
• 12+ years of experience in data science, product science, quantitative analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing senior ICs, managers, and principal-level scientists.
• Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering on instrumentation and measurement strategy.
• Strong track record of influencing roadmaps with evidence-based recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Statsig or similar experimentation platforms.
• Background in healthcare, digital health, or environments where ROI and outcomes measurement are critical.
• Hands-on experience using AI in experimentation, analytics, or team productivity workflows.
• Experience in subscription, lifecycle, or B2B/partner-oriented businesses.
