What you will do

• Own incrementality measurement across channels using geo tests, holdouts, and quasi-experimental approaches.
• Build a trusted marketing measurement system defining canonical metrics such as CAC, LTV, and capacity-adjusted ROI.
• Diagnose performance shifts and recommend concrete strategic actions to Growth Marketing leadership.
• Develop and evolve practical models for LTV, retention forecasting, and causal uplift.
• Partner with Engineering to improve event instrumentation and data quality monitoring.
• Mentor analysts and set quality standards for experimentation and forecasting across the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience using data science and experimentation to drive decisions in marketing or marketplace environments.
• Deep expertise in causal inference and incrementality measurement in real-world systems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for building analytical workflows.
• Proven track record of influencing executive-level decisions with measurable outcomes.
• Based in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Experience with geo experiments and marketplace capacity-aware optimization.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing measurement and uplift modeling.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budget allocation and scenario planning.
