What you will do
- Frame ambiguous business problems and translate them into measurable analytical strategies.
- Own and evolve scalable data models, pipelines, and core metrics for Sales and Membership Operations.
- Build and iterate on analytical and modeling solutions to drive measurable operational impact.
- Integrate ML/AI tools into production workflows grounded in strong data fundamentals and clear business outcomes.
- Collaborate across Growth and Membership teams to define success and design supporting data systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 7+ years of experience as an individual technical contributor.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and modern data ecosystems (Snowflake, dbt, Python, Looker).
- Experience building scalable, maintainable data pipelines and performing statistical analysis or predictive modeling.
- Ability to influence cross-functional decisions with data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, fintech, or other complex operational domains.
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, or membership operations data in regulated environments.
- Experience incorporating ML or AI tools into operational workflows.
- Comfort performing live analysis or collaborative debugging with stakeholders.
