What you will do
- Partner with Enterprise leaders to align people strategies with business goals and provide data-driven guidance.
- Lead ongoing performance management, including running calibrations and coaching managers on feedback.
- Collaborate with Compensation and leadership on fair, transparent job leveling and pay decisions.
- Manage workforce planning, role design, and navigate small-scale reorganizations or reductions.
- Develop change management plans and succession strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Handle sensitive employee relations issues in partnership with Legal and Operational teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with progressive scope.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record in guiding leaders through performance management, job leveling, and workforce planning.
- Strong consulting, coaching, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience owning projects and leveraging Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive completion.
- Understanding and experience with US and California labor laws.
