What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to executives and managers to design teams and navigate complex organizational pivots.
• Coach and develop leaders through manager training, feedback frameworks, and one-on-one coaching.
• Own the global approach to Learning & Development, including the creation of clear career pathways.
• Shape and protect company culture to ensure inclusion and belonging as the organization scales.
• Lead a small team of People professionals focused on learning, leadership, and employee experience as the company grows.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in People/HR, with significant depth in HRBP and L&D.
• Proven track record of advising senior leaders and shaping leadership strategy.
• Experience working in fast-growing environments (scaling from ~100 to 200+ employees).
• Must be based in the US to align with US leadership and operational requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in an IPO or late-stage growth environment.
• Background in tech, gaming, or consumer product organizations.
• Formal certification in coaching, facilitation, or organizational development.
• Previous experience in startups.
