Salary: $165,000 - $198,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor for business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent practices.
• Lead organizational transformations and design structures aligned with business strategy to drive change.
• Facilitate and drive people experience programs including onboarding, performance management, and compensation planning.
• Manage complex projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Coach senior leaders to navigate organizational challenges and build high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a People Partner or HRBP.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven change management and project management skills.
• Knowledge of compensation strategies and packages that include equity.
• Experience in organizational design and development.
• Must be based in or able to work in San Diego, CA (Hybrid)
