What you will do

• Lead the implementation of network assurance strategies and protocols to minimize downtime and optimize operations.
• Investigate and deploy new designs to improve the reliability and availability of existing infrastructure.
• Manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process, including qualifications and approvals.
• Lead Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and represent the division in problem management engagements.
• Ensure platform owners adhere to EOL & EOS replacement and CSRC guidelines.
• Coach and mentor high-performing matrixed delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years’ engineering experience in the telecommunications industry with expertise in PSTN and telecom networking.
• CCNP/CCIE-level network certification or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of IP routing, MPLS, QoS, 4G/5G Mobile Network Technologies, and VoIP.
• Experience in product design and rollout across fixed and mobile services, including Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC).
• Proven ability to lead matrixed teams and manage complex engineering solutions.
