What you will do

• Lead the Business Solutions Engineering team, setting strategic direction, priorities, and delivering high-impact initiatives.
• Partner with leaders in Finance, People, Legal, and GTM to uncover and solve complex operational challenges.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery from initial discovery and design through to production-grade implementation.
• Coach and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, uplifting standards and ways of working.
• Collaborate with AI & Automation Platform teams to identify and scale reusable APIs, integrations, and automation patterns.
• Pioneer pragmatic AI adoption by helping teams leverage LLMs and automation effectively.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on software engineering background with experience building production systems in ambiguous environments.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams with a passion for coaching.
• Experience in system integration, APIs, and platform thinking across ecosystems like Salesforce, Workday, or similar.
• Strong cloud experience with AWS and/or GCP, including understanding build vs buy trade-offs.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML or automation technologies in real-world scenarios.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
