What you will do

• Build and lead the foundational Applied AI team in ANZ, consisting of Solutions Architects and Product Engineers.
• Drive AI adoption strategies for high-value enterprise customers through technical pre-sales excellence and POC execution.
• Partner with GTM leadership to develop and execute region-specific strategies for the ANZ market.
• Represent hirify.global as a technical lead in key partnerships and contribute to regional thought leadership.
• Oversee technical pre-sales engagements to validate customer ROI and demonstrate complex AI solutions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role.
• 5+ years of technical go-to-market management experience leading pre-sales teams.
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and production LLM use cases.
• Strong understanding of the ANZ regulatory landscape (e.g., Australian Privacy Principles) and business culture.
• Ability to lead and build teams in highly uncertain, ambiguous, and fast-moving environments.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Sydney office at least 25% of the time

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and architecting AI-powered systems.
• Familiarity with highly regulated industries such as financial services, government, or resources.
