What you will do

• Hands-on coding while managing and coaching a team of engineers
• Learn workflows, system architecture, integrations, configurations, and impacts
• Own team delivery and outcomes, fully empowered to execute
• Analyze requirements and collaborate on software designs with high scope and complexity
• Guard, promote, and establish best practices within the team
• Assist with project estimation, planning, progress, and clear communication on risks
• Participate in on-call support rotation

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Experienced People Manager who owns issues, finds solutions, and collaborates cross-functionally
• Experience leading software teams through multiple product/platform releases
• Significant contributions as a Senior Engineer in real-world development
• Experience with NoSQL databases, large-scale development, scalable cloud-native systems
• Experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, AI for operational/business problems
• Experience with messaging systems (pub/sub-queues, request/response) and data streaming
